For you to cancel for February sessions the deadline is Jan 1. For the March Spring Break Camp, the deadline is Feb. 1. For the Summer Camps, the deadline is May 1. A refund will be given, minus $30 for registration processing.
• Any cancellations for sessions after deadlines will be non-refundable, including partial cancellations. Camp spots may not be sold to other families.

We set up informal meetings with each child and parent before sessions begin to make sure we have a great fit for everyone. This meeting is required for participation.
